Time to cut?

16 year old male here. Started lifting just about 6 months ago. Didn't have a good idea on what I was doing in the first 3 months though. (Starting weight was 165 pounds) Went on a cut first 2 months and lost 5 pounds (160 pounds). Then tried to bulk up to where I'm at now, 176 pounds. Time to cut now or should I bulk for some more time?

Also, it would really help if anyone can pinpoint a weight range that I should hit before cutting.
