hi all - keto user here
a friend recommended CRON before i started using MFP, i should have listened to him
i feel like alot of the data within MFP is just wrong and its fucking me up
granted i spent alot of time making custom recipes in there and scanning shit so i will just have to do it again and see what happens
any other tips you guys can give me?
