Veggie combo of my week!

Was already planning on making a big batch of parsley pesto, using wheat germ oil. And freezing it into cubes. Then, thanks to 'CRON-o-Meter' :) ...When i saw some nice looking butternut squash sitting on the produce table i just knew that a pie would be the perfect desert for my parsley pesto! and yes i make my noodles out lentils, and i plan on using garbanzo bean flour for the pie crust...

Just thought i'd share. also i walked out the store with all this nutrition, for $13US, including a gal of milk

I am an amateur. I've been using CRON-O-Meter for 10 years and counting, still learning.....
