I don't have any of those except fennel which I don't know what to do with - is it used on bread? Celery seed has always been around when I was growing up but I also don't know what to do with it. I'll start looking them up. I think we used it in stuffing and maybe some cold salads like potato salad.

At the moment I use curry powder, cardamom, cinnamon, red pepper flakes and just plain Celtic sea salt. I love these but was just getting a little tired of them every day.
fennel would make good sausage...

My mom made pretty bland food growing up so I find that I'm pretty content with a simple dish. You can't go wrong with lemon, fresh dill, and black pepper!
