Weight plateau
I've lost almost 100 pounds on my own buy the last two years have been absolutely wrecking for me. The scale refuses to move past a certain number and I have absolutely no idea what to do anymore. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You have clearly made incredibly life changes to lose such a significant amount of weight - congratulations!
It's important to remember that keeping weight off requires lifelong management; whatever we do to lose weight, we need to keep doing.
Weight plateaus are inevitable and occur because your metabolism slows down (from a loss of muscle, smaller size, and reduced food intake) and matches calorie input.
In addition to the tips in the blog, I think it's incredibly important to engage in a resistance training program that seeks to build up your muscle mass.
Best of luck!
