Chronometer or MFP?
I've been tracking my calories on MFP for 2 months now and am doing great. However, I am considering shifting my focus from just calories to nutrients (while still in a deficit). I love MFP and find it really easy to use but find it a bit annoying when sorting through all of the user generated info for things. I like the idea of chronometer but I'm not sure the 2.99 is worth it for the app. Has anyone here used both and have a preference or some insight?

Hi Rameshsalvi,
There is a free mobile app available as well, if you would like test Cronometer without committing $2.99 for the ad-free version.
My two cents as a former MFP user: the main reasons I like Cronometer MUCH better than MFP is the ability to track micronutrients, more flexibility to customize my nutrient targets (for example, tracking net carbs rather than total carbs). As a data nerd, I also like to ability to track my health biometrics in Cronometer. I can look at my food intake and biometric charts and look for trends that help me improve my health.
Best,
