Help with macro targets- how do I reset?
Hi, I changed the macro targets and I want them to go back to the suggested macros that the app did. How do I do that? can I reset it?

You can do this by clicking on your profile and scrolling down to "Macronutrients". From the drop down box, select "Fixed Targets".

Hi Realfoodfortubies,
The Fixed targets by default are based on the recommended dietary allowances for the macronutrients - depending on your age, sex, and lifestage. For most adults carbohydrates are 130 g/d. For most adult males protein is 56 g/d, for most adult females protein target is 46 g/d, while there is no specific RDA for total fat required this is set to 65 g/d.
When you sign up for a new account the macronutrient settings are 'Custom' (this is a dynamic macronutrient setting) with the following macronutrient ratio:
Protein : Carbs : Fats = 25 : 40 :35 - if you would prefer to use dynamic settings. It sounds like something might not be quite right, when your fixed targets default to 'None'. After selecting Fixed Targets, try refreshing the page to update the settings. Are you using Cronometer on the website or the mobile app (iOS or Android)? Would you mind sending a screenshot to support@cronometer.com so we can look into this further?
Thanks!
