Optimum Nutrition Levels

If I get 100% of a nutrient it only means I am not deficient. Is there a setting to make 100% of all the nutrients be an optimum amount and not the minimum amount without me having to research every nutrient?

This is a challenging question to answer, as it's difficult to know what the optimal amount of each nutrient is (for example, iron requirements will increase pass the RDA for anyone running or eating vegetarian/vegan).

In general, you can feel confident that you are getting adequate amounts of each nutrient if you reach the RDA or AI (which meets the nutrient needs of 97-98% of the population).

One other option is to set your target to somewhere just below the UL (upper limit). I don't recommend aiming for the UL though since we know too much of a nutrient can have negative outcomes!
