Activity Level
Hi,
I'm 41, 6', weigh about 170lbs. I do weight training three times a week for a little over an hour using two 25lb dumbbells with reps ranging from 10-30 depending on the exercise. I am standing most of the day at work (4-day work week) but three days out of the week, I'm pretty sedentary. I track my food intake using Cronometer but I don't want to track exercises. My questions is what should I put as my activity level in my profile?

It sounds like you best match the Moderately Active setting (BMR x 0.5)
Moving frequently through the day (construction work, stocking shelves, cleaning, etc.) and/or moderate exercise 3-5 days/week.Keep in mind these are estimates of your average daily activity, so some days you might burn more calories and other days you may burn fewer calories. If you check in with your weight over time and notice you are creeping up or down, you may want to adjust your settings to meet your needs.
