Logging Omega 3 supplement

Hi, please assist!
I am taking an Omega 3 supplement. The brand (I am in South Africa) is ReVite Omega 3. 1000mg.
Each capsule delivers EPA 180mg and DHA 120mg. I take 4 capsules daily = EPA 720mg and DHA 480mg.
How can I log this accurately?

Hi EileenJ,

You could create a custom food, record the EPA+DHA value (300 mg for one capsule) in the Omega-3 section.

This will give you the option to add 1 capsule at a time or change the serving size to 4 if you take them all at once.

The Omega 3 section is in grams. So 300mg is 0.3g. I just cannot get the gram weight of a capsule to stay at 0.3g.
