which diet type in settings for lowering LDL raising HDL
I'm about a month into cronometer and generally very happy with it. I've used LoseIt and MyFitnessPall in the past. My main focus is trying to improve my cholesterol ratios. Specifically I'm trying to lower LDL raise HDL, limit intake of saturated fat and transfat.
Under settings/targets/diet there are bunch of options. Which of those, or which combination of those make the most sense? And what do they impact, macronutrient targets, suggested foods?

I would suggest leaving your macros at a fixed target and focusing more on the following nutrients:
Fibre - aim for ~40+ grams per day
Sugar - limit added sources (naturally occurring sugars aren't an issue)
Saturated fat - less than 7% of total calories
Trans fat - as low as possible
Cholesterol - < 200 mg per day
100% of DRI for vitamins and mineralsEating more plant-based can significantly improve your cholesterol levels, as can the portfolio diet, which you can read about at the following link.

Best of luck!
