Recording Chloride
Is there a way to record Chloride in Cronometer? I have a Workout powder that has 400.6mg Chloride listed on its label. Can I record this in Cronometer?

Hi Markjowen,
Chloride is not currently in the list of nutrients in Cronometer since this information is generally not available from our sources.
Most chloride in our diet comes from salt (as sodium chloride) added to our foods. So our intake of chloride will have a similar pattern to our sodium intake - with the possible exception of supplements.

This is the safety data sheet for Clorox Bleach. Given that it can cause skin corrosion/irritation, it's likely that it can be absorbed by the skin, but I'm not sure if it would make it into the bloodstream. Regardless, safety precautions should be used when working with bleach.
