Adding foods to a previous day
Can you please tell me how or if you can go back and fill in a missed day? Also, all of my yesterday foods have deposited themselves onto 10/1's food so I have been unable to log anything in for today as now there is nothing in the day befores entry. Help!

Using your computer, you can solve these issues doing the following:
Click on the day from the calendar found in the top left of your diary screen where you want to enter your food.
To move food to a different day, hold down the SHIFT key and use your mouse to select all the items you want to copy. Right click, select "Copy Selected Items", choose the correct calendar day (from step 1), right click again, and select "Paste".
