Sheep milk yogurt
Would sheep milk yogurt have B12? Cronometer says it doesn't but a cup of cows milk has 50% of daily requirements. I can't have any cow's milk but might be able to have sheep yogurt. I'm really in need of B12 because the supplements all make me ill. Thanks.

B12 is produced by bacteria that live in the bodies of animals, so this is how small amounts of B12 may get into cow's milk (and similarly sheep's milk). However, most dairy cows are also provided with a supplemented diet that helps to ensure that there is B12 present in their milk; sheep may not be provided with a supplemented diet to ensure the presence of B12.

Oh, I see! Thanks for explaining that! So okay, I may get a small amount from sheep yogurt but I may really need to keep experimenting with small amounts of different supplements till I find one that works for me.
