Is this ratio OK? Should attention be paid to the intake of gr or total daily intake per percentage of protein / carbohydrate / fat ratio?
As a dietitian, I prefer to pay attention to the grams for some nutrients (fibre and protein) and the % for others - total carbs, total fat, saturated fat, sugar.
It's difficult to say if your intake is "right" or "wrong"; humans can be healthy eating a very varied diet. As long as you feel good, are meeting nutrient targets, and have the bloodwork/physical tests that show good health, your diet is on track.
