Raw v's Cooked
Wondering if it matters using raw v's cooked.
I throw together a lot of meals weighing raw ingredients before cooking them. Hard in a mixed dish to determine the individual cooked weights. How does this affect my macros etc?
Sure loving the ability to create my own recipes though!
TIA

I would recommend adding your food the way you eat it (i.e. if you eat your food cooked, enter it cooked). The weight of the food will change after cooking due to water loss, which can make some of your numbers less accurate.
