Are kcals the same as calories?

also I can’t seem to enter 4 scoops of elemental heal = 360 calories. It keeps making the calories a lot more than that. Can someone please help?! Thanks!

For all intents and purposes, yes. kcal = calories.

If you can, I would try to scan the product you are wanting to enter into your diary.
