We like the milligiggles too!
There's no limit to the amount of custom biometrics you can add!

Hello @ljrain ,
With the free version, you can use Add Biometric to add a Mood biometric. The units are milligiggles. Most of our users track their mood on a scale of 1 to 10.
With a Gold subscription, you could create custom biometrics!
You can learn more about biometrics here: https://cronometer.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360018302431-Add-a-Biometric

I still don't get it, 1 to 10 for what? If I am sad, how will I know what 1 to 10 means?

At the moment, all the biometrics require a number value to track them. For example, 100 could be feeling your best, while 1 could be when you're feeling your lowest. Or use a 1-10 scale where 1 is your best and 10 is your worst mood. The scale gives you a way to measure it and you can use it in a way that is best for you!
