I set it to loose 2lb a week this is how much I would like to loose

If you find you are consistently over the calorie intake needed to lose 2 lbs per week, I'd suggest adjusting your goal to 1 lb per week. When it comes to weight loss, the rate doesn't matter as much as our ability to sustain the changes that helped us lose weight. If we deprive ourselves to achieve a weight loss of 2 lbs per week, there's a good chance that we'll plateau more quickly and be unable to sustain lost weight.
