Exercise calories increasing daily goals, how to turn off
Hi there
I’ve just started using Cronometer, it looks really good.
I would like to track my exercise sessions and calories burnt but I don’t want this to automatically increase my daily calorie or my daily macro goals.
In MFP you have the option to run this off.
How do I turn this off in Cronometer?
Thanks
Kate

Hi Katesykes2,
Excluding the calories you burned from exercise from your target is a new feature that we are working on.
Currently, you could set a fixed energy target instead. This way, you can track your calories burned accurately, and there will be no changes to your energy target.
To set a fixed energy target on the website, navigate to the Settings tab. Under the Targets tab, in the Macronutrients section, set your macro targets using fixed values, then update your energy target.
See our user guide for instruction on mobile: https://cronometer.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360030753792-Mobile-Fixed-Targets
