Wakame and iodine?
I thought wakame was a good source of iodine, but according to cronometer it doesn't have any. Is the nutrient just missing from the database? Did I log it incorrectly?

Hi @SilverStar ,
We don’t have data for Iodine in our food database -- That’s why it’s not tracked by default and we warn about this when you activate tracking for Iodine. We’d love to add Iodine tracking, but none of our data providers currently provide that information.

In case you're wondering, 1 + 1/8 tsp of wakame will give you all the iodine you need in a day. Stay below 2tbsp per day, as this amount is too high in iodine.

Thank you, both of you! Is it 2 Tbsp on a regular basis, or even rarely?
