hearing trouble due to eustation tube dysfunction

Hi,
Many families here in Louisiana had homes that flooded in August 2016. We flooded as well. It took us 8 months to renovate and clean out mold remodel, etc...
I developed a strange sinus eustation tube problem. And my hearing is a struggle. So i started an elimination diet and am seeing a functional medical doctor. But I thought I'd ask broadly if anyone had some suggestions to get to the bottom of this.

Elimination diets are specific to the individual, so it's difficult to comment on them from a general standpoint. However, the key is to follow the elimination diet as closely as possible for 4-6 weeks, without introducing any new foods into your diet during this time. Careful logging of your food and symptoms is also important.

You may find it useful to consult an ear, nose, and throat specialist, since inner ear issues can be mechanical or biological in nature.
