Fasting
Hello, I am thinking about trying fasting. Before I do it I'm just wondering if anyone in this community has tried integrating fasting into your weekly diet. If you have please let me know what effects it is having or had on you (positive or negative). Also perhaps mention what fasting schedule you followed or are currently following.

I'm experimenting with IF at the moment, though not far enough into it to have settled into a pattern that works for me.
Unfortunately, when I shared my current regime on here, I got a tut-tutted by Cronometer staff, which makes me wary of sharing again what I am trying. You can read what I wrote here https://forums.cronometer.com/discussion/comment/10346/#Comment_10346
I've since rolled in 16:8 daily pattern, aka skipping breakfast. That's actually helping with the lower calories as now I have a small lunch and a satisfying dinner, which means I don't feel deprived at the end of the day.

It definitely can work for some people but in others, I have seen it turn into binge eating behaviour.
