Hitting Goals

I am trying to hit a goal of

200g Protein

200g Carbs

65g Fat

I have been fiddling with meal plans and I for the life of me cannot hit these damn goals! Can anyone suggest anything to help? A good app for a meal plan with those goals in mind, anything helps.

  • Lean meat, poultry, fish, jelly will increase your protein without bumping fat intake up too much. Beans or low-fat dairy will simultaneously increase your protein and carbs. With such a high protein goal you might still need to supplement.

(I'm not going to ask why you are aiming for such a goal; someone else might.)

I'll ask! Can you tell me what you are trying to attain via your nutrition goals?

I'd highly suggest not focusing on such specific numbers and instead, aim for a dietary pattern (i.e. high protein, lower carb; high carb-moderate protein, etc.).

Probably the easiest ways to hit your goals are with very lean protein sources (such as tuna and fat-free turkey breast), along with protein powders.
