Go to SETTINGS -> TARGETS. On that page at the top is the setting for "Tracking carbohydrates as" where you can select "Total Carbs".

You can change this in the Settings tab > Targets > Macronutrient Targets

You can choose how to track your carbs here:

What is the difference between these options?
Hi Boda,
Total Carbs = Carbohydrates (starch and sugar) and Fiber
Net Carbs with Sugar Alcohols = Carbohydrates - Fiber
Net Carbs without Sugar Alcohols = Carbohydrates - Fiber - Sugar Alcohol
