New User-How to add favorite foods

New to Cronometer free version. I am on a limited amount of foods I can eat daily due to medical reasons and was wondering how to make the foods I eat my "favorite" where I would not have to put the same thing in each day. I did not see the star on my iphone that was on the Cronometer video that said you could mash to make each food a favorite. Would appreciate any help. Thanks!!!
