hello, i seem to have always to much vit a and c at the end of the day, what is the normal intake daily, my vit a reaches way to high
It's fine to be higher than 100% of the RDA (daily target) for both of these nutrients. However, you may not want to be in the red.
Excess vitamin A is only a concern if your sources are animal-derived and not from beta-carotene (found in plants). So if you're eating a lot of liver, you may want to cut back.
With vitamin C, the upper limit is set at 2000 mg. Doses greater than this can cause diarrhea.
