can't login on mobile app

I created an acc yesterday in the mobile app, using just an email address, today I logged in on the web app and now I can't login to the mobile app. I enter the email and password and click the login button and it doesn't do anything - no error message, nothing.
I don't even know why I was logged out of the mobile app in the first place? Seems weird.
I tried to reset my password by clicking "forgot password", but that gives me the following error:
SocketExeption: Failed host lookup:
'mobile.cronometer.com' (OS Error: No address associated with hostname, errno = 7)
