Can serving sizes be adjusted in menu
Hi Janjo,
You can adjust the serving size of foods when you add them to your diary, or after they have been added too!
Click on the number in the Amount column of the diary to edit this value: You can also click on the Unit shown to select a different unit.

Average portion sizes have grown so much over the past 20 years that sometimes the plate arrives and there's enough food for two or even three people on it.
