Vitamin B 12
I would like to take a B complex vitamin to see if it helps my energy level and fatigue but I feel b12 gives me anxiety, which I already struggle from. Any suggestions?

I would try to find a B complex with the lowest dose of these nutrients. If you can find a B50 (I think Jamieson makes one) that would be ideal.
To increase your energy levels, also be sure to look at:
- sleep quantity and quality
- meal balance (protein + complex carb + fruit/veg)
- stress levels
- stress coping activities (including activity)
Nutrient deficiencies can certainly worsen cognitive processes, including anxiety. I would be mindful of B3 (niacin) which can cause facial flushing (mimicking anxiety symptoms) if taken at a high dose.
Best of luck!

Eat meat.

Some people choose to not eat meat for ethical, political, environmental, or health reasons. The great news is that we can follow a plant-based diet and be healthy, just as we can follow an omnivore diet and be healthy.

How can you be healthy if you're not getting the nutrients you need?

Supplements.
No diet exists that can provide 100% of the nutrients we know we need.
But there are eating patterns that when followed, can reduce the risk of mortality and morbidity later in life.
