Polly
On your profile page in your body details you can select pregnant or lactating to get RDA's for those .

Looking forward to the blog post! I joined cronometer specifically so I could keep track of my nutrition during pregnancy. Very useful!! The only thing I'm consistently low on are magnesium and potassium. I'm assuming that I'm actually getting enough but since mangesium and potassium aren't required on nutrition labels, they're not showing up in cronometer's databases either... ?

@firstTimeMom
You are right - food manufacturers typically only show the minimum nutrition information required on a food label. You can get the most nutrient information in your food diary by adding foods that are whole food or non-brand name versions of the foods you eat.We are working to find better alternatives for foods - you may see a blue box suggesting a similar food with a more complete nutrient profile when you select a food from the search menu.

@firstTimeMom , try asking the Oracle as well! This feature can suggest good sources of Magnesium and Potassium from our Database! You can learn more at https://cronometer.com/help/foods/#oracle

@Susan_RD_101 Great that you're writing a blog post. Do you think you could post the link here when it's ready?
-
I think that is do-able.
Be sure to let me know if any questions come up before then, as I would be more than happy to answer.
