Question about weighing foods
When I am entering the weight of a fatty meat into cronometer, is it assuming it is cooked or raw?
For example, I am cooking bacon and it measured 24 g raw. Is that the correct measurement or should I weigh it after?
(In this scenario cronometer does not specify cooked or raw)

Hi there,
If you are using a meat from NCCDB, then the values will be for the cooked meat, unless otherwise specified.
If you are using a brand name product, check the package to see if they list the serving size as raw or cooked.
