For autoimmune, gut healthy recipes, I'd be looking for those high in fibre (particularly soluble fibre) and that contain ++ unprocessed foods.
FODMAPs are a good suggestion, but this diet should only be followed short-term since it can negatively alter gut bacteria (it's just meant to identify potential triggers of digestive issues).
