I'm vegan and I want to stop counting the sugars in whole fruit. It's skewing my data. How do I get the program to only track ADDED sugars?
You can track added sugars in the Carbohydrates section. Please go to: Settings > Targets > Nutrient Targets > Carbohydrates > Added Sugar. You will find the option to make it visible in your nutrient targets, and customize your target, if you like too!
You can also add it as one of your highlighted nutrient targets to view it more quickly in your diary. Customize your highlighted nutrient targets from: Settings > Display > Highlighted Nutrients
