Pumpkin seeds
Hi
I want to add pumpkin seeds to my diet but information from NCCDB is not clear for me.
There are "Shelled", "With shell" and "Unshelled" pumpkin seeds. What is the difference? Nutrition information is very different.
"Shelled" means that they are sold with shell but I must count weight without shell?
"With shell" means I must count weight with shell but eat without or I must eat with shell?
"Unshelled" means seeds sold without shell or I just count weight without shell?
Can somebody explain that to me?

Hi Freeborn,
Shelled = without shell
Unshelled = with shellI gave them alternative names to make them easier (?) to find. I find the terms "shelled" and "unshelled" counter intuitive.
Is it just me?

@Karen_Cronometer, no!
For not native English people that terms are hard, especially when Wiki Dictionary gives two opposite definitions. -
Serious question. Am I supposed to eat the shell or do I eat them like sunflower seeds and crack the shell open? Pumpkin seeds confuse me and it's embarrassing.

The shells are edible, so you can eat them with or without!
