Pumpkin seeds

edited September 2020 in Ask An Expert

Hi
I want to add pumpkin seeds to my diet but information from NCCDB is not clear for me.

There are "Shelled", "With shell" and "Unshelled" pumpkin seeds. What is the difference? Nutrition information is very different.
"Shelled" means that they are sold with shell but I must count weight without shell?
"With shell" means I must count weight with shell but eat without or I must eat with shell?
"Unshelled" means seeds sold without shell or I just count weight without shell?

Can somebody explain that to me?
