Calipers & Bodyfat
I get the impression that there is a black art to using bodyfat calipers.
I have had a go and get the following
3 point test 12.4% vs 7 point test 10% vs comparison with online photographs 15-20%
anybody else had a go with them and found them to underestimate the BF %age ?

Calipers tend to be the most unreliable since they are subject to "human error". However, they can still be a useful way to measure change.
If you haven't, I'd check out some of the online manuals on how to take the most accurate readings. We were trained to always repeat measurements 3x and take the average value.
