Vitamin D can be found in your diary under "vitamins". While there is great debate about what constitutes a healthy diet, experts agree that a diet that is unprocessed, includes plenty of fruits and vegetables, lean protein, plant-based fats, and grains that are high fibre and unprocessed makes up the foundation for a healthy diet.
