spring mix incorrect value for vitamin K?
I added an entry for 8 oz of "Organics, Mixed Baby Spring Greens, Fresh" into my diary here. However, it says there is no Vitamin K in it. I find that hard to believe; it should say something closer to "300% daily value of Vitamin K" or something. Is this faulty data?

additionally, purple sweet potatoes seem to have no starch here, while "Silk organic unsweetened soy" has no water.

Hi there,
For brand name products, we only have access to the nutrition information provided by the manufacturer. In general, they usually only include the nutrients required by law on the nutrition label. These don't include vitamin K or water.
Instead, I would recommend using a non-branded version in our database. For example, "Lettuce, Mixed Greens" and "Soy Milk, Plain or Original, Unsweetened, Ready-to-Drink, Fortified" from NCCDB both have a full nutrient profile, including vitamin K and water.

thank you Karen, this is a good tip.

I noticed that non-branded purple sweet potato is not present. Can the food be added by Cronometer staff?

Any chance that this could happen?

Regardless, it's exquisite information. Investigating from gifted music makers is a really fulfilling experience regardless considering the way that they have staff to help with heaps of assessment, changing, etc. MyFlorida Access
