Coffee / Espresso and Magnesium
Coffee is listed with quite a lot Magnesium:

Espresso, without Flavored Syrup
Food #450230, Data Source: NCCDB
My question is regarding if this is absorbed by the body or not. When googling the topic I mostly get answers which say drinking coffee depletes magnesium.
My guess is that I should ignore the magnesium content of coffee on the Diary-Minerals-Magnesium overview?
If so, it would be nice to have a option to not have it counted.

You're correct in that magnesium from coffee is not well-absorbed (any nutrient with a 2+ charge - calcium, iron, magnesium - isn't as well-absorbed when coffee is present).
