Flax whole vs. Ground
If I use the grams or ounce measurement for "Flaxseed, Not Fortified", do I assume those measurements are for whole flaxseed and not after it's been ground (chopped). I find that the volume increases by about 2x when whole seeds are ground, but not the weight.

Hi there!
There are volume-based measurements for both whole pieces (ex. 1 tbsp is about 10 g) and chopped (I would use this one for ground flax - 1 tbsp is about 7 g).
