How do you SET NUTRIENT TARGET for 1:1 ratio of omega 3 to 6?

I can’t find an answer to this and the discussions are at least 2 years old.
Can anyone explain to me how to set a nutrient target for the omegas so I can aim for a 1:1 ratio? Thanks. I’m on the basic plan but I can set nutrient targets only have no idea what the number of grams should be of the Omegas.
Thanks in advance.

    Hi there,

I can't advise you on what to change your targets to, but here's how to customize your targets for anyone looking for that info:

On the website, click on the target in the diary page to get a pop-up where you can edit your targets.
Click the toggle to use a custom value, then you can enter in the value you would like to use:

On the mobile app, you can customize your targets by going to: Settings > Targets > Nutrient Targets > Lipids. Next to omega-3 and omega-6, tap the 'custom' toggle and then enter in your custom values in the boxes on the left.

  • Thanks for that. However, on the website you have to SCROLL DOWN on the diary page and click on omega 3 and omega 6 to edit your targets.
