I just started to use this app and I never used similar app before.
My nutritionist give me a plan based on macronutrient target and not by calories count.
I put in the app the macros my nutritionist gave me but on my diary the targets number are completely different and I don't understand why, if it is my mistake or if the app is helpful only if I need to count the calories and not the macros.

What are the numbers you'd like to use for your macronutrient targets? I can give you some guidance on how to set them up!
If your nutritionist gave you specific gram targets for protein, carbohydrates and fat, I would recommend setting your macros using Fixed Values. You can change your settings from: Settings > Targets > Macronutrient Targets.
