Setting calories or energy
I am confused setting my daily calorie goal, I think I messed things up when I set my weight goal, now it says I’ve already met my energy goal for the day after breakfast. Perhaps I just need to try to reset everything. I don’t understand two different target graphs both showing the same thing.
