I just paid for a gold membership on my website account. How do I download the gold membership app on my iPhone? It requests payment when I attempt to download any of the cronometer apps. I thought it was "free" with a gold membership
With a gold membership, you will never have ads, so you can download the free app and enjoy an ad-free experience!
There are two apps available Cronometer and Cronometer (Ad Free).
Cronometer contains ads, but is a free app. (If you have a gold membership already, download this free app).
Cronometer (Ad Free) is a paid app with no ads.

I might be losing my mind but I remember paying for the ad free app a while back, and now I have ads again? Am I remembering this wrong or did cronometer change it so that even people who paid for the ad free app now have to have a gold membership in order to be ad free?
There are 2 mobile apps available; please double-check to make sure you have downloaded the ad-free app from the App Store or Google Play store on your mobile device.
Gold subscribers will not have ads using either mobile app or when they log into their accounts on the website.

I just got a new phone and had downloaded the "with ad" version of the app. I found the ad-free app and it was marked "purchased" in my google play so I re-downloaded the ad-free app and now life is back to normal.
I've paid for gold member ship on app and it won't let me use the gold features on the website??

Keep in mind there is an ad-free app with a one time fee of $2.99 USD that is different from a Gold subscription (available in monthly, every 6-months or every 12 months options.)
