We need a complete Protein and Fats breakdown including aminos for shrimp and Tuna, please. A lot of those blanks are unfilled. Thanks.
Lipids, Omega 3 Omega 6, Leucine, Tryptophan, Etc.
We have targets available for amino acids and the lipids you mentioned. You can add them to your targets to track your daily intake from the Nutrient Target Settings.
Not all foods in our database have this level of nutrition detail though. Make sure you are adding generic foods from NCCDB or USDA (check the source column when adding foods to your diary). These ones will have a much more complete nutrient profile, including amino acids, omega-6, omega-3 and many more!
