The listings in Cronometer range from 100 to 180 kcal per 1/4 cup. That's a wide range. Whom should I believe?
I'm not familiar with mayocaba beans, but the range could be due to some being dry vs. cooked or canned.
What brand are you using? You could base your choice on one that matches the nutrition label provided on the package.
