Garmin data unavailable in the app but can be seen in the Desktop version?

Until a few days ago my Garmin Venu and Cronometer app were working fine together, the data from Garmin was clearly visible in the app.
However, that's no longer the case.
Both apps are updated to the latest versions, I logged out and then logged back in from both, disconnected Garmin app from Cronometer and reconnected it again (that's all I could think off to do).
I thought to check the desktop version of Cronometer and the Garmin stats are visible there. But still no Garmin data in the app. 🤷🏼♀️
I'm confused why this could be or why this happened. Any suggestions how to remedy this?

Hi Slavka,
That does sound suspect. Would you mind sending the support team an email at support@cronometer.com with some screenshots of the same day on the website and mobile app? Please include what the version of the app you're using
