How Do I set Saturated fat to target less than 7% or total calories
I saw Susan_RD_101 's comment about lowering cholesterol and want to adjust this target for Saturated fat. Is it possible to set the sysems target to <7% or calories? Or what would be the best way to monitor this?

You'll have to do a little math to achieve this:
1. Determine your energy needs (i.e. your total calorie burn each day)
2. Multiply this number by 0.07.
3. Divide the number you get by 9The number you get is the maximum threshold to keep saturated fat to <7%.
