I saw Susan_RD_101 's comment about lowering cholesterol and want to adjust this target for Saturated fat. Is it possible to set the sysems target to <7% or calories? Or what would be the best way to monitor this?
You'll have to do a little math to achieve this:
1. Determine your energy needs (i.e. your total calorie burn each day)
2. Multiply this number by 0.07.
3. Divide the number you get by 9
The number you get is the maximum threshold to keep saturated fat to <7%.
