Use of nutrition scores
Using the nutrition scores has been enlightening. I am getting lot of education about which foods provide the most of certain nutrients.
However, I am currently trying to loss weight and am finding it very challenging to find the correct mix of foods to help me meet the score targets.
Do you have any particular suggestions about what scores are most important?
I am a 65 year old male who is moderate active (walking - about 20 miles week - just staring to add some running).

Hello!
My advice is to focus on:
1. Calories
2. Protein
3. FibreBeyond these nutrients, I would aim to ensure your diet is as nutrient dense as possible.
